So apparently a Kenyan man said he offered Bill Clinton 40 goats and 20 cows for his daughter's hand in marriage five years ago — and is still waiting for an answer.

I just have one thing to say to Mr. Chepkurgor:

Dude! Have you SEEN her? They don't call her "the other Wandering Eye'd Clinton" for nothing!
