To Whom It May Concern:

As a longtime patron of Carl’s Jr. Restaurants, I am writing to tell you that you will no longer be receiving my family’s business. For several years you have sought to push the envelope with your titillating advertisements and in-your-face attitude. Well, you’ve gotten in my face one too many times and now I’m getting in yours. The commercial with Paris Hilton is flat out pornography and it disgusts me. You have the profound opportunity to affect your culture for good but instead you use your influence to degrade society. Did it ever occur to you that young children would be watching that commercial? Did any of you brilliant executives ever stop to wonder if this was a good idea? You remind me of a bunch of junior high boys getting away with a tawdry and juvenile prank.

Have a good laugh, boys…I’ll be laughing, too, the next time I drive by your restaurant.

I stopped going to Carl's or Hardees (which carl's bought) when they started those disgusting commercials with food coming out of people's mouths. Ewww. Glad we don't have that commercial. I'm sure they'd refuse to show it on the local stations here.

I've never liked them...but this gives me even more reason.

I have a theory that American TV has gone mad, and thinks Paris Hilton needs to be on one channel at any given time.......FReaking TV sucks....why it is rarely on at our house.

I'm a huge fan of voting with your wallet (or purse in this case). I haven't seen the offending ad, but all you needed to do was mention the Hilton wench and my imagination can do the rest.
